Growing up with food sensitivities and dietary restrictions stimulated Beth’s interest in well-being, personal development, spiritual transformation. She learned quite a bit about finding and adapting recipes that inspired her to cook, meal planning, and time management strategies so healthy foods were ready for her when she was ready to eat.
Beth started High Vibe Cooking because she wanted to share what she’s learned (and continues to learn) about the power of food for health and well-being by sharing tips and resources demonstrating how healthy cooking can be fun, easy, and rewarding!
In addition to holding leadership positions in several non-profits in the Integrative Health and Medicine and Food as Medicine fields, Beth is also an author and teacher of “High Vibe” practices. High Vibe practices are tools to raise energy vibrations allowing us to experience more of what we desire in life (such as appreciation, intentions, mindfulness, visualization and tapping). High Vibe practices are weaved through High Vibe Cooking experiences because our thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs are such an important component of health and well-being.
Some of Beth’s favorite activities are healthy food coaching, growing fresh vegetables, cooking, and dancing.
High Vibe Cooking combines two of her biggest passions: engaging in practices for living a happy, authentic life, and fueling body, mind and spirit with delicious healthy food.
