The inspiration behind High Vibe Cooking comes from my personal health journey. Growing up, I struggled with feeling sick almost every day. At the age of 25, I was diagnosed with leaky gut and multiple food and chemical sensitivities. Over time, I discovered the powerful connection between food and health. Through years of trial and error, I’ve developed skills in adapting recipes, meal planning, and managing my time efficiently in the kitchen—without getting overwhelmed.
High Vibe Cooking was born from my desire to share what I’ve learned about the healing power of food. I’m passionate about helping others make healthy cooking fun, simple, and rewarding. My goal is to provide tips and inspiration that make incorporating nourishing meals into your daily routine an effortless and joyful experience.
